TERMS & CONDITIONS - LOYALTY GIFT CARDS 

 

1. Loyalty Gift Cards can be used as payment for Dog Washes at any Polygon Pets Ltd self-service Dog Wash machine.

2. Loyalty Gift Cards cannot be cancelled in full or in part and Loyalty Gift Cards may not be exchanged for cash.

3. Loyalty Gift Cards will expire 12 months from purchase.

4. The minimum amount required to purchase and top-up a Loyalty Card is £50.00.

5. Loyalty Gift Card numbers/codes and PINs and all intellectual property in the source code remain the property of Digital I.D and Nayax.

6. Polygon Pets Ltd  is not liable for any lost, stolen, damaged, undeliverable, incorrectly addressed or delayed Loyalty Gift Cards or any network failure, or responsible for any use by someone other than the intended recipient after delivery.

7. By purchasing / using a Polygon Pets Ltd Loyalty Gift Cards - you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.

8. By purchasing / using a Polygon Pets Ltd Loyalty Gift Cards - you accept and agree to our privacy policy and cookies policy.

 

9. Polygon Pets Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
